Enlarger Bays
Free standing enlarger bays are available in two models suitable for either two or three enlargers. The base section is white with a central shelf for storing accessories, photographic paper and other items.
Each enlarger bay is black to absorb scattered light reflecting from the photographic paper under exposure which avoids a degraded result in the final developed image.
The right hand back corner of each bay has an electrical outlet to supply power to a timer which is connected to the enlarger.
Apart from meeting technical requirements, each bay provides students with an environment to concentrate upon creating their own enlargements without the distraction of light from adjacent enlargers.
